Here's a little template I've been working on this year to fill my need to carry my I.D. and Naughty-Or-Nice-o-meter, It yields a 4" x 5.5" Santa Satchel that sits squarely on a 4" belt (or hangs a little past the bottom of a 3.5" belt). Basic instructions are printed on the template (which should be adequate for anyone with a little sewing or leatherwork experience), but I can write up a more involved tutorial if needed! I've only finished one prototype so far, but it survived my first season pretty well!

Now in high-res PDF. Defaults to Letter-size, easily scaleable to A4 without much distortion, though. Prints 2 per page. Kids can sign on the "signature" line, Santa can sign on the "Merry Christmas!" line, and send it off with the kid as a souvenir/keepsake. (All elements used in this design are either public-domain, self-generated, or copyright-free)

Print on any color paper. (I used a nice textured cardstock). Do your best at some jolly handwriting and you're done! I wouldn't stress about mailing it; Santa's elves would probably hand deliver letters in a box or rolled up and wrapped with fancy ribbon, right? Enjoy!

I have uploaded sample copies (word and PDF) of my family contract. It is a simple one page contract, but it includes my updated cancellation policy. Feel free to use all or just certain sections as you need. When making changes, be sure to check each section of the contract for left over personal information. Some elements of the contract such as date/time/overtime/length of visit are intentionally repeated in the body of the text. Please let me know if you have any questions...

Scaled to print on 4x6 photo paper or cardstock. I punch a hole in the tab, run a ribbon through it, and tie on a scrapbooking/jewelry key before giving it out to family or friends!

I have uploaded sample copies (word and PDF) of my photo studio contract. It is a simple one page contract, but it includes my updated cancellation policy and a fairly comprehensive but concise model release. You could alter that section to include you having access to digital proofs for promotional use. I have both versions. If there is anything in the model release section that seems unclear as to intent and purpose or raises questions with your photographer...just let me know and I will be happy to explain why it was included. I use this contract several times a season for some fairly high end studios, and it has served me well. I have never had a photographer or studio owner reject the terms of the model release. Feel free to use all or just certain sections as you need. The margins are set wide so I could keep the document to a single page. You may need to adjust the margins so it will format correctly. When making changes, be sure to check each section of the contract for left over personal information. Some elements of the contract such as date/time/overtime/length of visit are intentionally repeated in the body of the text. Please let me know if you have any questions...
