I have bought all of my leather from Your Tack and I can attest to the consistency in quality and their speed when it comes to getting your orders enroute.

**Buyer Beware** Shop at own risk.

I originally purchased a 3.5” belt in 2021 and found it to be of excellent quality and definitely best bang for buck for belt with simple brass buckle.

After the 2022 season I needed a regular belt for everyday wear and wanted to add a Santa Key to my look.

Given how much I liked the Santa belt I decided to purchase a dress belt and the key holder from Your Tack. I didn’t care for the Santa Key they sold and purchased a key elsewhere.

When the belt arrived it was too large and they accidentally sent me the Santa Key instead of the key holder.

After reaching out via email and Facebook I did not get a response from Your Tack. After waiting a considerable amount of time with no response I decided to return for refund (there was a refund form included in the package).

After keeping eye on the tracking number I waited 5 days after it was delivered and asked about my refund via email. This time I promptly received a reply apologizing and was told the refund would be done that day.

Now today, 6 days after being told I would be refunded I received a refund for the key holder and belt, but not for the shipping I originally paid.

Not only did I pay to return items that were wrong, Your Tack apparently expects me to pay for them to have shipped me the wrong item.

Unless you’re in the mood for a headache, don’t waste your time with this company and shop elsewhere.

Update: after sending an email stating how disappointed that they had not refunded the cost of shipping, Your Tack refunded my shipping cost.
