Finally had a chance to listen to this months Podcast. Thank you Greg and Mary for having such an informative and important discussion!

A courageous podcast! Thank you for broaching this timely topic, Greg, and kudos to Clausnet for, once again, not shying away from a sensitive issue that today's Santas should be aware of.

For me this was the best podcast to date.

I really enjoyed the frank debate re- Gender identity etc. Quite a challenging topic even in this day and age and no doubt it will continue to be a challenge for years to come. However it is my view that we should have such open discussions and importantly listen, The more we do, hopefully the greater the understanding and the term 'Valuing difference' becomes meaningful.

Excellent podcast Greg, this was first class. The discussion was really informative and quite amusing, but relevant at times.  "They"   

 PS in terms of language, it is easy to unintentionally offend someone as there really isnt an agreed language in this respect, and as your guest said, the language is changing all the time. Ask the questions if and when appropriate
