stretching and working out is important'

but seriously

be careful - take time to stretch, hydrate, less is more - it is better to do more slow reps with less weight than try to hoss big weights several times too fast - that is how you hurt yourself....

(that bag lift is NOT for everyone)

and in all honesty - I am not a fan of protein cookies and muscle milk - just sayin' . . .
